Background for Ballot Items

Information on all ballot items can be found online here or in 2025 Annual Report.

Question 1) Board Elections: there are three (3) open seats on the Board of Directors. The following member-owners have stepped forth as candidates. Please case your vote – candidate statements appear online and in the 2025 Annual Report.

Question 2) “Change for Change” Fund Distribution Vote for up to 3 organizations to receive donations from the Change for Change Community fund.

• Casting a vote for more than 3 organizations will invalidate your vote on this question.
• Each organization will receive one third of the funds donated for in 2025-2026.
